FEE REDUCTIONS
Religious Leaders and their families receive a 25% fee reduction.
Clinical Supervision
Combined services, example Individual and Group Therapy
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis. Priority is given to current and former patients who experience job loss.

RATES
Individual, Couple and Family Therapy:
Initial Evaluation $150.00 for 90-minute session
Follow-up Appointments $120.00 per 50-minute session
Group Psychotherapy
Group therapy for individuals $65.00 per person for 90-minute session
Couples Group Therapy: $95 per couple for 90-minute Sessions.
Insight for Living Seminars: $65.00 per individual 90- minutes
Workshops: $95.00 per person for 3-Hour Workshop and Lunch

INSURANCE
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
PAYMENT AT TIME OF SERVICE
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, will be billed.
